Snowboard & ski cellar with SLASH Snowboards to test from the local Austrian professional snowboarder Gigi Rüf. In the summer there is also a small motorcycle shed for guests.

Popular Ski resorts
Our ski resort See Paznaun is just 3.4 km away with free parking. We are closely located to to popular ski resorts such as Ischgl and St. Anton about 30 car minutes away. Kappl as freeride and family spot is 10 min. away and you can use your See ski ticket also there. Galtür is also close.
Public transport
The bus is for free and the stop SEEBER BRÜCKE in Kappl is 2 km with 300 m altitude down the mountain.
Coffee & snacks
You are also welcome to use the fully equiped kitchen with coffee, tee, flour, sugar, pasta and more for free. Bread rolls, marmelade, honey, drinks you can buy in the self serve little homebase shop at the entrance. Breakfast from € 4.80 at Bäckerei Kurz, just at the opposite of the cables 3.4 km away.

Shiva the housecat is around the house and not in the guest apartment.
On-site parking
We have enough parking space available for all our guests.
Events
Free use of the garden house with panorama bar, sun terrace, hot-tub in the summer, and party cellar with wax station. All without volume or time limit.
